March Baking Directions



Here are directions for the non-FFF recipes:

Adobo Pork Chops (unlabeled bag):
Defrost. Once defrosted, place chops in bag with marinade and place in a shallow dish. Marinate in the refrigerator 2-24 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Drain chops, discarding marinade. For a charcoal grill, grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 8-11 minutes or until chops are slightly pink in center and juices run clear. turning over once halfway through grilling. For a gas grill, preheat grill and reduce heat to medium. Place chops on a grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole (unlabeled foil pan): Defrost. Preheat the oven to 350. Pour the milk into the baking dish. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, for 1-1/2 hours or until the cheese begins to bubble.

Bruschetta Chicken Bake:
Defrost; preheat oven to 400, uncover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in middle. Serve with veggies or salad.
